  • CBSA launches investigations into decorative and other non-structural plywood from China. The CBSA has announced it is launching investigations to determine whether certain decorative and other non-structural plywood originating in or exported from China is being sold at unfair prices in Canada, and whether subsidies are being applied.   • CBSA issues statement of reasons released for heavy plate. The CBSA has issued a statement of reasons regarding the investigation on May 27, 2020 respecting the alleged dumping of heavy plate from the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), Germany, Malaysia, South Korea and Turkey.
