  • CBSA concludes re-investigation oil country tubular goods and certain seamless casing. The Canada Border Services Agency has concluded its reinvestigation of the normal values and export prices of certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) and certain seamless casing originating in or exported from China, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam. The products will be assessed antidumping and countervailing duties upon importation into Canada.
  • NAFTA textile/apparel TPL utilization. Global affairs updated the 2020 NAFTA textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports and exports.
  • Product Recalls: Varathane Bar & Table Finish manufactured in the United States recalled, for lack of labeling information and child resistant packaging; TAURUS Safety Shoes manufactured in China recalled, for lack of certification, posing impact hazard; CKX Titan and Mission helmets manufactured in China recalled, for injury hazard.
