Romp Coil Nails Industries Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from Taiwan entered in 2017-18. #20-00080. Filed April 13.

Coach Services, Inc., challenging the denial of Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) benefits on its imports of handbags and accessories. #20-00081. Filed April 14.

Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce’s final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on corrosion-resistant steel products from South Korea entered in 2017-18. #20-00082. Filed April 16.

GoPro Inc., on the classification of camera housings. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4202.99.9000 (20%). GoPro says it instead should have been classified under subheading 8529.90.9086 (free) or 3926.90.9990 (5.3%). #20-00083. Filed April 15.

Aero Rubber Company, Inc., on the classification of silicone bands. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3926.90.9996 (5.3%). Aero says that runs contrary to a 2019 CIT decision on printed bands (see 1905230020), and that it instead should have been classified under subheading 4911.99.8000 (free). #20-00084. Filed April 15.

GoPro Inc., on the classification of camera housings. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4202.99.9000 (20%). GoPro says it instead should have been classified under subheading 8529.90.9086 (free) or 3926.90.9990 (5.3%). #20-00085. Filed April 15.

Hyundai Steel Company, challenging Commerce’s final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on corrosion-resistant steel products from South Korea entered in 2017-18. #20-00086. Filed April 16.
