Tempo Global Resources, LLC, challenging President Donald Trump's imposition of a new set of Section 232 tariffs on steel and aluminum “derivative” products on Feb. 8. #20-00066. Filed March 30.

Thatcher Company, Inc., challenging the assessment of antidumping duties and denial of duty-free treatment under the Generalized System of Preferences for citric acid imported from India. #20-00067. Filed March 30.

Intercontinental Chemicals, LLC, challenging the Commerce Department's failure to include an importer-specific rate in antidumping duty liquidation instructions issued to CBP on xanthan gum from China. #20-00068. Filed March 30.

Building Systems de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., challenging Commerce's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on fabricated structural steel from Mexico. #20-00069. Filed March 30.

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, on the classification of landing gear control units for aircraft. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8537.10.9170 (2.7%). Gulfstream says it instead should have been classified under subheading 9032.89.6085 (free). #20-00070. Filed March 31.

Rebar Trade Action Coalition, challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey entered in 2017-18. #20-00071. Filed April 2.

Motiv, Inc., on the classification of heart rate and activity tracker rings. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9031.80.8085 (0.4%), which is subject to Section 301 tariffs on China under subheading 9903.88.01 (25%). Motiv says it instead should have been classified under subheading 8517.62.0050 (free). #20-00072, -00073. Filed April 3.
