  • CITT continues finding with amendment regarding hot rolled carbon steel plate. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal on March 13 advised it is continuing, with amendment, its finding made on May 20, 2014, in Inquiry No. NQ‑2013‑005, concerning the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate, originating in or exported from the Brazil, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Japan and South Korea. CITT found that the continued or resumed dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate from Brazil, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Japan and South Korea was likely to result in injury. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose antidumping duties on these products. (here)
