  • Canadian international merchandise trade for January 2020. Statistics Canada has reported that Canada’s exports fell 2%, mostly due to lower exports of automobiles, while imports were down by 0.5%, primarily on pharmaceuticals, in January. As a result, Canada's merchandise trade deficit with the world widened from $732 million in December 2019 to $1.5 billion in January.
  • Product Recalls: Flex I File Plast-I-Weld Solvent Cement manufactured in Canada recalled, for lack of bilingual labeling and hazard information.
