Mirror Metals, Inc., on the denial of its protests related to the assessment of Section 232 tariffs on the underlying entries. Mirror Metals says the tariffs were unlawful, and that the Bureau of Industry and Security improperly denied its exclusion requests. #20-00039, -00040, and -00041. Filed Feb. 11.

Asociación Mexicana de Horticultura Protegida, A.C., Asociación de Productores de Hortalizas del Yaqui y Mayo, Confederación de Asociaciones Agrícolas del Estado de Sinaloa, A.C., Consejo Agrícola de Baja California, A.C., and Sistema Producto Tomate, challenging the International Trade Commission's final affirmative injury determination in the resumed antidumping duty on fresh tomatoes from Mexico, as well as the resulting 2019 suspension agreement. #20-00042. Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Feb. 10-16:

ArcelorMittal USA LLC, Steel Dynamics, Inc., United States Steel Corporation and Nucor Corporation, appealing a Dec. 18 CIT decision that sustained a recalculation of Commerce's final determination in the original antidumping duty investigation on corrosion-resistant steel products from India. #20-1461.
