Optima Steel International, LLC, challenging Commerce's final determination that imports of corrosion-resistant steel products from Vietnam are circumventing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on corrosion-resistant steel product from Taiwan (see 1912230042). #20-00021. Filed Jan. 27.

Oman Fasteners, LLC, challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from Oman covering entries in 2017-18. #20-00022. Filed Jan. 27. Voluntarily dismissed Jan. 31.

Garg Tube Export LLP, challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India covering entries in 2017-18. #20-00026. Filed Jan. 30.

Wirtgen America, Inc., challenging CBP's exclusion of its road milling machines under a Section 337 limited exclusion order. #20-00027. Filed Jan. 30.

Robert Bosch LLC, on the classification of a human interface controller (HMIC). CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8473.70.9900 (2.6%). Bosch says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8517.62.0050 (free), 8517.69.0000 (free) or 8517.70.0000 (free). #20-00028. Filed Jan. 30.

LKQ Corporation and Keystone Automotive Industries, challenging CBP's seizures of its aftermarket automotive repair grilles. CBP seized the grilles for alleged intellectual property rights violations, but LKQ argues the auto grilles did not violate intellectual property laws and the relevant U.S. Attorneys have declined to initiate forfeiture proceedings. #20-00029. Filed Jan. 31.
