CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8413.60.0050 (free, subject to 25% Section 301 tariff). Endurance says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8413.50.0010 (free). #20-00002. Filed Jan. 8.
Asociacion Mexicana de Horticultura Protegida, A.C., Asociacion de Productores de Hortalizas del Yaqui y Mayo, Confederacion de Asociaciones Agricolas del Estado de Sinaloa, A.C., Consejo Agricola de Baja California, A.C., and Sistema Producto Tomate, challenging the Interntional Trade Commission's final injury determination in the suspended antidumping duty investigation on fresh tomatoes from Mexico. #20-00003. Filed Jan. 9.
Fit for Life LLC, on the classification of balance ball chairs. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9506.91.0030 (4.6%). Endurance says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9401.80.4046 (free). #20-00004. Filed Jan. 9.
CP Industries Holdings, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of a Section 232 steel duty exclusion despite an existing exclusion request approval. CP Industries says CBP denied the exclusion because it did not possess mill certificates or commercial invoices and could not connect product amounts to exclusions. #20-00005. Filed Jan. 10.
