Shelter Forest International Acquisition, Inc., Xuzhou Shelter Import & Export Co., Ltd. and Shandong Shelter Forest Products Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final determination that plywood with outer veneers of radiata or agathis pine is circumventing antidumping and countervailing duties on hardwood plywood from China (see 1911270021). #19-00212. Concord Energy, on the denial of NAFTA treatment on its imports of natural gas. Concord gas says its entries were originating goods pursuant to NAFTA, and it maintained a valid NAFTA 2018 blanket certificate of origin with respect to the entries. #19-00213. Filed Dec. 19.

Government of Mexico, Camara Nacional de las Industrias Azucarera y Alcoholera, Imperial Sugar Company, American Sugar Coalition, American Sugar Cane League, American Sugar Refining, Inc., American Sugarbeet Growers Association, Florida Sugar Cane League, Rio Grande Valley Sugar Growers, Inc., Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida and United States Beet Sugar Association, challenging an Oct. 18 CIT decision that overturned updated agreements suspending antidumping and countervailing duties on sugar from Mexico because Commerce illegally withheld information on conversations with Mexican sugar producers during the 2017 negotiations on the deal (see 1910210051). #20-1275, -1276, -1277, -1278, -1279, -1280 and -1281.
