Commerce Pushes Back Comments Deadline on ICTS Proposal

The Commerce Department said it will accept comments through Jan. 10 on its proposed new procedures for how to review transactions, including imports, that involve information and communications technology and services and are seen as a potential threat (see 1911260032). Industry groups requested the extension beyond the original due date of Dec. 27.
