Target Corporation, appealing a Sept. 27 CIT decision that found CBP should reliquidate entries subject to AD duties that the agency had liquidated at the wrong rate. #20-1202. Opened Dec. 4.

U.S. government, China Manufacturers Alliance, LLC, and Double Coin Holdings Ltd., appealing a Sept. 3 CIT decision that sustained a court-ordered redetermination of the final results of the 2012-13 AD duty administrative review on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China. #20-1210.
