  • Decommissioning of the Legacy Release Service Options OGD Pre-Arrival System 463 and OGD Release on Minimum Documentation 471. The Canada Border Services Agency on Oct. 23 issued Customs Notice 19-21, which amends the decommissioning date of the legacy Other Government Department (OGD) Release Service Options OGD Pre-Arrival System (PARS) and OGD Release on Minimum Documentation (RMD), to April 1, 2020. As a result, the CBSA is extending the decommissioning date from Oct. 1, 2019, to April 1, 2020, due to the delayed publication of Addendum (v 4.0) of the Electronic Commerce Client Requirements Document (ECCRD), Single Window Initiative (SWI), Integrated Import Declaration (IID) and implementation of the associated system changes that are required before decommissioning can occur (see 1910230058).
  • Product Recall: Keycraft My First Tractor 4x4 (Digger Style) toy manufactured in China recalled, for laceration hazard.
