  • CBSA issues statement of reasons on certain sucker rods. The Canada Border Services Agency on Oct. 15 issued a statement of reasons concerning the initiation of an investigation on Sept. 30, 2019, into the dumping of certain sucker rods originating in or exported from Argentina, Brazil and Mexico. The CBSA has indicated there is reasonable indication that sucker rods from these countries have been dumped and that such dumping has caused or is threatening to cause injury to the Canadian industry.
