It referred the localities’ other request to split the case into two oral arguments to the assigned panel. “This case is being considered for an upcoming oral argument calendar in Pasadena,” said a separate entry Monday in docket 19-70123. The court asked parties to consider February and two subsequent sitting months in its schedule. The FCC didn’t comment Tuesday.
