  • CBSA initiates reinvestigation into certain oil country tubular goods and certain seamless casing. The Canada Border Services Agency announced Sept. 27 it has initiated re-investigations to update normal values and export prices, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), with respect to certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) and certain seamless casing originating in or exported from China. The agency also initiated a re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices of certain OCTG originating in or exported from the Taiwan, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam.
