Committee Overseeing Action for Lumber International Trade Investigations or Negotiations, challenging Commerce's final results of the expedited review on softwood lumber from Canada. #19-00122. Filed July 15.
Houston Global Heat Transfer, challenging CBP's classification of cooler weldments and/or parts of heat exchanger units. CBP classified the merchandise in subheading 8419.50.1000 (4.2%) and 8708.91.7550 (2.5%). Houston Global says it should be classified in subheading 8419.90.3000 (free). #19-00123. Filed July 15.
Kishkek International, challenging CBP's determination that Bahrain was not the country of origin of its imported gold jewelry. #19-00124. Filed July 15.
U.S. government, seeking $5,742,483.80 in unpaid safeguard and customs duties and fees on imports of passenger vehicle and light truck tires that were allegedly undervalued at the time of entry. #19-00125. Filed July 15.
Magnum Magnetics Corp., challenging a recent Commerce scope ruling on raw flexible magnets from China. #19-00126. Filed July 16.
Jem D International (Michigan) Inc. USA, Jem D Marketing (Virginia) Inc., and Red Sun Farms Holdings USA LLC, and Red Sun Farms Virginia, challenging Commerce's termination of the antidumping duty suspension agreement on fresh tomatoes from Mexico. #19-00127. Filed July 18.
Nucor Corporation, challenging Commerce's final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on hot-rolled steel flat products from South Korea covering entries in 2016. #19-00128. Filed July 19.
Solidbend Fittings & Flanges Sdn. Bhd., challenging Commerce's determination that certain imports from Malaysia of butt-weld pipe fittings that are actually of Chinese origin are circumventing AD duties on butt-weld pipe fittings from China. #19-00129. Filed July 22.
Triumph Engine Control Systems, on the classification of printed circuit board assemblies for electronic engine control systems. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8538.90.30 (3.5%). Triumph says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9032.90.6080 (1.7%). #19-00130. Filed June 25.
Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation, challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan covering entries in 2016-17. #19-00131. Filed July 26.
