  • CBSA concludes expedited review of South Korean liquid dielectric transformers. The Canada Border Services Agency on July 25 concluded its expedited review of the normal value and export price of certain liquid dielectric transformers exported from South Korea by IEN Hanchang Co., Ltd. (Hanchang). The expedited review was initiated Sept. 28, 2018, after the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s order May 31, 2018, on dumping. Now specific normal values for future shipments of subject transformers to Canada will be determined based on information provided by Hanchang.
  • Product Recalls: Fusion 3-in-1 Solar Powered Tiki Torch manufactured in China recalled, for fire hazard; Cannondale CAADX Cyclocross bicycles manufactured in Taiwan recalled, for fall hazard; Trek Kickster Balance Bicycle manufactured in China recalled, for fall hazard; Porter-Cable Table Saws manufactured in Taiwan recalled, for fire hazard.
