  • Measures to protect Canadian steel workers and the industry. The Government of Canada announced that it is enacting measures intended to protect steel workers and the industry to ensure they can compete in a global economy. In one move, the Canada Border Services Agency will update its policy to allow antidumping levels to be reviewed more frequently, "which will provide effective and up-to-date protection in the face of changing market circumstances," Department of Finance Canada said in a release. CBSA and Global Affairs Canada also are taking steps to enhance the verification of steel import data.
  • Product Recalls: Baby’s Choice Pacifier and Holder Set manufactured in Thailand recalled, for choking hazard.
