The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of June 24-30:

Confederacion de Asociaciones Agricolas del Estado de Sinaloa, A.C. et. al, challenging a June 6 CIT decision rejecting a request from Mexican tomato growers for an injunction halting the Commerce Department’s withdrawal from an antidumping duty suspension agreement while the trade court considers the growers’ broader challenge to Commerce’s withdrawal from the agreement (see 1906070029). #19-123.
