Incipio Technologies, Inc., on the classification of media player covers. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 3926.10.0000 (5.3%), 3926.90.9980 (5.3%), 4202.92.9060 (17.6%) and 4202.92.9026 (17.6%). Incipio says it should have instead been classified under subheadings 8473.30.51 (free), 8473.30.51 (free), 8473.30.51 (free) or 3926.10.00 (5.3%), and 8473.30.51 (5.3%) or 3926.10.00 (free). #19-00097. AJU Besteel Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on oil country tubular goods from South Korea covering entries in 2016-17. #19-00100. Filed June 21.

ILJIN Steel Corporation, challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on oil country tubular goods from South Korea covering entries in 2016-17. #19-00101. Filed June 21.

U.S. government, seeking $2,948,190 in penalties for customs fraud from Chu-Chiang “Kevin” Ho, Wintis Corporation, Ship Communications, Inc., Aelis Nova, LLC, and Maderdove, LLC, related to six entries of illegal high-intensity discharge (HID) ballasts and equipment (HID Kits) and headlamps. #19-00102.
