  • CBSA issues Statement of Reasons on certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate. The Canada Border Services Agency issued on June 7 its Statement of Reasons in its determination May 24 that the expiration of the order made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on Jan. 7, 2014, in Expiry Review No. RR-2013-002, is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate originating in or exported from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania.
  • Product Recalls: Olympic Premium Stain Stripper manufactured in Canada recalled, for potential cracking of container, posing a hazard of leaking corrosive product.
