Holiday International on the classification of LED string lights and incandescent string lights. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9405.30.00 (8% + 10% retaliatory duty). Holiday International says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8539.50.00 (2%). #19-00051. Filed April 12.
