  • CBSA Statement of Reasons on certain thermoelectric containers from China. The Canada Border Services Agency on April 12 issued a Statement of Reasons concerning its March 29 determination in the expiry review of a 2013 determination with respect to the dumping and subsidizing of certain thermoelectric containers originating in or exported from China (see [Ref:1903290044]). CBSA found that expiration of the decision is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping and subsidizing of certain thermoelectric containers originating in or exported from China.
  • Product Recall: Party Essentials brand 33-piece buffet serving sets manufactured in China and the United States recalled, for improper consumer chemical labeling on fuel cans, posing serious burn hazard.
