  • AD -- tube and pipe fittings. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/566 of 9 April 2019 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain tube and pipe fittings originating in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Korea and Malaysia following an expiry review pursuant to Article 11(2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 of the European Parliament and of the Council and terminating the investigation concerning the imports of the same product originating in the Republic of Turkey (here).
  • Sanctions -- Iraq. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/567 of 9 April 2019 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1210/2003 concerning certain specific restrictions on economic and financial relations with Iraq (here).
  • AD -- flat-rolled silicon-electrical steel. Notice concerning the anti-dumping measures in force in respect of imports of certain grain-oriented flat-rolled products of silicon-electrical steel originating, inter alia, in Japan: name change of one company subject to the anti-dumping duty rate for cooperating non-sampled companies C/2019/2614 (here).
