The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of April 1-7:

American Institute for International Steel, Inc., Sim-Tex, LP, and Kurt Orban Partners, LLC, appealing a March 25 CIT decision that found Section 232 tariffs on iron and steel products are constitutional based on Supreme Court precedent (see 1903250032). #19-1727. Opened April 2.
