United States, seeking $1,900,710 in penalties from Chu-Chiang (Kevin) Ho and Atria Corporation for illegally importing two entries of prohibited HID headlight ballasts. #19-00038. Filed March 19.

Zhejiang Machinery Import & Export Corp., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review on tapered roller bearings from China covering entries in 2016-17. #19-00039. Filed March 22.

International Fidelity Insurance Company, challenging the collection of preliquidation interest on an entry of fresh garlic from China imported by U.S. China Leader Express Co. that was subsequently reliquidated by CBP. #19-00040. Filed March 22.

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of March 18-24:

Chamberlain Group, Inc. and the International Trade Commission, appealing a March 11 CIT decision denying its motion to dismiss a challenge to the exclusion of One World Technologies garage door openers under a Section 337 exclusion order, and ordering a preliminary injunction barring the seizure of the merchandise. #19-1663, -1681.
