  • CFIA charges 9301-1062 Quebec Inc. under Food and Drugs Act. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency, as a result of an investigation, laid a charge against 9301-1062 Quebec Inc. (operating as Aliments Gaudium) under the Food and Drugs Act, alleging that Aliments Gaudium sold extra virgin olive oil in 1-litre glass bottles bearing the Aurum brand name, in a manner that was false and misleading, in violation of subsection 5(1) of the FDA.
