The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Feb. 18-24:

ICCS USA Corporation, appealing a Jan. 9 CIT decision that found it liable for liquidated damages for its failure to redeliver butane canisters that CBP found bore counterfeit Underwriters Laboratories trademarks (see 1901100034). #19-1561. Opened Feb. 19.

Prosperity Tieh Enterprise Co., Ltd., Yieh Phui Enterprise Co., Ltd., and AK Steel Corp., appealing a Dec. 20 CIT decision that upheld a redetermination of the final determination from the antidumping duty investigation on corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan. #19-1562, -1563. Opened Feb. 19.
