Joiner will be working to enhance the firm's role in supply chain security, said Martin Lutz, who chairs the international trade practice group. “Clients are increasingly held responsible when their foreign subsidiaries or suppliers fail to meet appropriate legal standards, particularly in the areas of labor regulation,” Lutz said. “We want our international practice to be at the very forefront of assisting clients in meeting their obligations in this area, and Jamie is going to be taking the lead on that effort.”
