Tokyo Ohka Kogyo America Inc., on the classification of photoresists and other chemical products for photographic uses. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3707.90.32 (4.8%). Ohka America says it instead should have been classified under subheading 3707.10.00 (3%). #19-00020. Filed Feb. 4.

DTE Energy Trading, Inc., challenging CBP's assessment of a merchandise processing fee on its natural gas imported from Canada. DTE says the natural gas should have been exempt because it made valid NAFTA claims. #19-00021. Filed Feb. 4.

TR International Trading Company, challenging CBP's assessment of antidumping duties on its imports of USP grade kosher citric acid from India under the AD duty order on glycine from China. #19-00022. Filed Feb. 7.
