  • Amendment to the Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff. The Canada Border Services Agency issued Customs Notice 18-23 Dec. 7 to notify of an amendment to the Sept. 1, 2018, version of the Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff. Additions and deletions have been made for some tariff classifications as a result of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). All changes will be active in the Customs Commercial system beginning Dec. 30, 2018.
  • Product Recalls. Pois et Moi recalls certain pacifier clips manufactured in Canada, for choking hazard.
