The Commerce Department is giving advance notice that next month it will consider revoking the antidumping duty orders on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and Ukraine (A-570-865, A-533-820, A-560-812, A-583-835, A-549-817, A-823-811); new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China (A-570-912); non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China (A-570-975); raw flexible magnets from China and Taiwan (A-570-922, A-583-842); and sodium nitrite from China and Germany (A-570-925, A-428-841); as well as the countervailing duty orders on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India, Indonesia, and Thailand (C-533-821, C-560-813, C-549-818); new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China (C-570-913); and raw flexible magnets from China (C-570-923), in automatic five-year sunset reviews scheduled to begin in January 2019. These orders will be revoked unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in continuation or recurrence of material injury to a U.S. industry.
