  • CBSA statement of reasons on dumping of corrosion resistant steel sheet. The Canada Border Services Agency on Nov. 8 released its Statement of Reasons in regard to its preliminary determination on Oct. 24 of dumping of certain corrosion-resistant steel sheet from China, Taiwan, India and South Korea.
  • NAFTA textile/apparel TPL utilization. The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade updated the 2018 NAFTA textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports and exports.
  • Product Recalls: Nature’s Ultimate recalls NuWrench and NuStainless lubricant and polishing products manufactured in Canada, for not being in child resistant containers; Murray Wholesales Cash & Carry recalls King Universal Butane Fuel in 300 ml container manufactured in Korea, for lacking proper hazard labeling.
