Sunset Review of AD Duties on China Nails to Begin in December
The Commerce Department is giving advance notice that it will consider revoking the antidumping duty order on solid steel nails from China (A-570-909), in an automatic five-year sunset review scheduled to begin in December. This order will be revoked unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in continuation or recurrence of material injury to a U.S. industry.
