Thom Browne, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of first sale treatment in the valuation of its imports of wearing apparel. #18-00218. Filed Oct. 22.
Thai Premium Pipe Company Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand covering entries in 2016-17. #18-00219. Filed Oct. 23.
Tabacos USA, Inc., challenging CBP's decision that its $300,000 continuous bond was insufficient and that it has to terminate its bond and get a new one for $400,000. #18-00221. Filed Oct. 26.
Aspects Furniture International, Inc., challenging CBP's decision to assess duties on its entries at 216.01% under the AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China. Aspects says the entries should have been deemed liquidated six months after it received notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation. #18-00222. Filed Oct. 27.
