Leisure Travel Vans, A Div of Triple E Canada Ltd., on the classification of van-based motor homes. CBP classified the merchandise under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8703.24.0030 (2.5%). Leisure says it should instead have been classified under subheading 9802.00.50 (free). #18-00213. Filed Oct. 17.
Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Company Limited, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand covering entries in 2016-17. #18-00214. Filed Oct. 18.
AIDA-America Corporation, challenging the inclusion of milestone payments from the buyer's and seller's project agreements in the valuation of its imported merchandise. AIDA says adding in the milestone payments led to overpayment of duties and fees of $532,317.12. #18-00215, -00216. Filed Oct. 18.
