Thom Browne, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of first sale treatment in the valuation of its imports of wearing apparel. #18-00204. Filed Oct. 1.

Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company and several other Vietnamese exporters, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam covering entries in 2016-17. #18-00205. Filed Oct. 1.

Permeco Inc., on the classification of black granite. CBP classified the merchandise under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 6802.93.0090 (3.7%). Permeco says it should instead have been classified under subheading 6802.99.0030 (free). #18-00206. Filed Oct. 1.

Sumecht NA, Inc., appealing an Aug. 30 CIT decision sustaining Commerce's retroactive application of a 238.95% AD duty rate on its imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from China. #19-1015. Opened Oct. 3.
