​Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Aug. 13-19:

Danze, Inc., appealing a June 19 CIT decision that found toilets imported by Danze are classified as regular toilets, rather than under a special tariff provision for products specially designed for the handicapped, because they are meant and advertised for general use. #18-2250. Opened Aug. 15.

La Molisana S.p.A., appealing a June 21 CIT decision sustaining a redetermination of the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on pasta from Italy. #18-2261. Opened Aug. 16.
