  • CBSA preliminary determination on certain sucker rods from China. The Canada Border Services Agency on Aug. 16 made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing with respect to certain sucker rods from China (see 1807180001). Sucker rods, made of steel and used in oil wells, are usually classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule heading 8413.91.00.10. CBSA will have more information in a Statement of Reasons to be released within 15 days on its website at www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/sima.
