La Perla North America, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of first sale treatment in the valuation of its imports of various merchandise. #18-00170, -00172. Filed Aug. 8-9.

Kalle USA, Inc., on the classification of sausage casings and "stutrings." CBP classified the merchandise under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 6307.90.9889 (7%). Kalle says it should instead have been classified under subheading 3917.39.0050 (3.1%). #18-00171. Filed Aug. 9.

Hyundai Steel Company, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on welded line pipe from South Korea covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00173. Filed Aug. 9.

The Chemours Company FC LLC, challenging the International Trade Commission's final injury determination in the antidumping duty investigation on polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India. #18-00174. Filed Aug. 9.

Thom Browne, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of first sale treatment in the valuation of its imports of wearing apparel. #18-00175. Filed Aug. 9.

Changzhou Trina Solar Energy Co., Ltd.; Trina Solar (Changzhou) Science and Technology Co., Ltd.; Yancheng Trina Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd.; Changzhou Trina Solar Yabang Energy Co., Ltd.; Turpan Trina Solar Energy Co., Ltd.; Hubei Trina Solar Energy Co., Ltd.; and Trina Solar (Hefei) Science and Technology Co. Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00176. Filed Aug. 10.
