Vinh Hoan Corporation, appealing a May 24 CIT decision sustaining a redetermination of an antidumping duty administrative review on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam covering entries in 2010-11. Opened July 24.
Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., Jinko Solar Import & Export Co., Ltd,. and JinkoSolar (U.S.) Inc., appealing a May 25 CIT decision sustaining a redetermination of the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China. Opened July 25.
