  • Union Customs Code. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1063 of 16 May 2018 amending and correcting Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards detailed rules concerning certain provisions of the Union Customs Code (here).
  • Canada. Council Decision (EU) 2018/1062 of 16 July 2018 on the position to be adopted on behalf of the European Union within the CETA Joint Committee established by the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada, of the one part, and the European Union and its Member States, of the other part as regards the adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the CETA Joint Committee and specialised committees (here).
  • Ukraine. Decision No 2/2018 of the EU-Ukraine Association Committee in Trade Configuration of 14 May 2018 on recalculating the schedule of export duty elimination and safeguard measures for export duties set out in Annexes I-C and I-D to Chapter 1 of Title IV of the Association Agreement [2018/1045] (here).
  • Low Carbon Ferro-chrome. Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1037 of 20 July 2018 terminating the anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of low carbon ferro-chrome originating in the People's Republic of China, Russian Federation and Turkey (here).
  • New Zealand. Council Decision (EU) 2018/1030 of 13 July 2018 on the conclusion of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Union and New Zealand pursuant to Article XXIV:6 and Article XXVIII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) 1994 relating to the modification of concessions in the schedule of the Republic of Croatia in the course of its accession to the European Union (here).
  • New Zealand. Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Union and New Zealand pursuant to Article XXIV:6 and Article XXVIII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) 1994 relating to the modification of concessions in the schedule of the Republic of Croatia in the course of its accession to the European Union (here).
  • Agricultural Products. Decision No 1/2018 of the EU-Turkey Association Council of 27 March 2018 amending Protocol 2 to Decision No 1/98 on the trade regime for agricultural products [2018/1029] (here).
  • Solar cells. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1017 of 18 July 2018 amending Implementing Regulations (EU) 2017/366 and (EU) 2017/367 imposing definitive countervailing and anti-dumping duties on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the People's Republic of China and Implementing Regulations (EU) 2016/184 and (EU) 2016/185 extending the definitive countervailing and anti-dumping duty on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the People's Republic of China to imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) consigned from Malaysia and Taiwan, whether declared as originating in Malaysia and in Taiwan or not (here).
  • Steel products. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1013 of 17 July 2018 imposing provisional safeguard measures with regard to imports of certain steel products (here).
  • Electric bicycles. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1012 of 17 July 2018 imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of electric bicycles originating in the People's Republic of China and amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/671 (here).
