Prysm, Inc., on the classification of laser phosphor tiles. CBP classified the merchandise under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8528.59.33 (5%). Marine Ingredients says it should instead have been classified under subheading 8529.90.99 (free), 8528.51.00 (free) or 8528.59.31 (free). #18-00151. Filed June 25.
American Institute for International Steel, Inc., Sim-Tex LP, and Kurt Orban Partners, LLC, challenging the impositon of Section 232 tariffs on iron and steel products as unconstitutional because the underlying law improperly delegated Congress's legislative authority to the president (see 1806270036). #18-00152. Filed June 27.
Tokyo Ohka Kogyo America Inc., on the classification of photoresists and other chemical products for photographic uses. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3707.90.32 (6.5%, 4.7% or 4.8%). Ohka America says it instead should have been classified under subheading 3707.10.00 (3%). #18-00153. Filed June 27.
Hyundai Steel Company, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from South Korea covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00154. Filed June 28.
Bio-Lab, Inc., Clearon Corporation and Occidental Chemical Corporation, challenging Commerce's final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on chlorinated isocyanurates from China covering entries in 2015. #18-00155. Filed June 28.
Shandong Jinxiang Zhengyang Import & Export Co., Ltd. and Jining Shunchang Import & Export Co. Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on fresh garlic from China covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00156. Filed June 29.

U.S. government, cross-appealing a CIT judgment ordering American Home Assurance, a surety, to pay $43,463,962.76 in unpaid antidumping duties and interest in a series of recovery cases filed by the U.S. government. #18-2120. Opened June 29.
