  • Information pertaining to the application, collection and adjustment of a surtax. The Canada Border Services Agency on June 29 issued an update to Memorandum D16-1-1, which provides information concerning the administration and enforcement of surtax orders under certain sections of the Customs Tariff. The updates reflect amendments to the Customs Tariff and the Customs Act, and reflect a change in the name of the issuing office.
