Diamond Sawblades Manufacturers' Coalition, challenging a Commerce Department scope ruling finding cupwheels imported by Lyke Industrial Tool are not covered by antidumping and countervailing duties on diamond sawblades from China. #18-00134. Filed June 11.

Marine Ingredients LLC, on the classification of fish oil. CBP classified the merchandise under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 1517.90.2080 (8%). Marine Ingredients says it should instead have been classified under subheading 3001.90.0190 (free) or 1603.00.9000 (free). #18-00135. Filed June 12.

Ildico, on the classification of its watches. CBP classified the movements under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9102.21.7010 ($1.53/each), 9102.29.6010 ($1.75/each) or 9102.21.9010 ($1.53/each); the case under subheading 9102.21.7020 (4.2%), 9102.29.6020 (4.8%) or 9102.21.9020 (4.2%); and the strap under subheading 9102.21.7030 (9.8%), 9102.29.6030 (2.2%) or 9102.21.9030 (2%). Ildico says the movement should have been classified under subheading 9101.21.5010 (free) or 9101.29.9010 (free), the case under 9101.21.5020 (free) or 9101.219.9020 (free), and the strap under 9101.21.1000 (3.1%) or 9101.29.8000 (3.1%). #18-00136. The Coalition for Fair Trade in Garlic, challenging Commerce's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on fresh garlic from China covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00137. Filed June 15.

Ton Dong A Corporation, challenging Commerce's determination that imports of certain steel products from Vietnam are circumventing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on cold-rolled steel products from China and corrosion-resistant steel products from China. #18-00139, -00140. Filed June 15.

Andritz Sundwig, GmbH, challenging CBP's Emergency Action Notification requiring the exportation of steel mill products that had been imported on wood packaging material found to be infested with pests. Andritz Sundwig said it should be able to fumigate the cargo, separate the steel mill products from the pallets and export only the pallets. #18-00142. Filed June 17.
