Sunset Review of Suspended AD Duties on Lemon Juice to Begin in July
The Commerce Department is giving advance notice that it will consider ending the agreement suspending antidumping duties on lemon juice from Argentina (A-357-818), in an automatic five-year sunset review scheduled to begin in July. This suspension agreement will be terminated unless Commerce finds that termination would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in continuation or recurrence of material injury to a U.S. industry.
