Canada Supercalendered Paper: Commerce Considers Ending CV Duties

The Commerce Department is considering ending countervailing duties on supercalendered paper from Canada (C-122-854), it said in a notice initiating a changed circumstances review. If the order is revoked, refunds would be retroactive for unliquidated entries on or after Aug. 3, 2015.
