Textiles from Europe, on the classification of a bedding assortment in a reusable PVC storage bag. CBP classified the merchandise under HTS subheading 9404.90.8522, dutiable at 12.8%. Textiles from Europe says it should have been classified under subheadings 9404.90.8522 (12.8%), 6303.92.2050 (11.3%), 6304.93.0000 (9.3%), 9404.90.2000 (6%) and 3924.90.5650 (3.4%). #18-00073. Emera Energy Services, Inc., on the qualification of its natural gas as NAFTA-originating and exempt from a Merchandise Processing Fee, as well as CBP's methodology for calculating MPF on goods deemed non-originating under NAFTA. #18-00074. Filed April 9.
Iljin Electric Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on large power transformers from South Korea covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00075. Filed April 10.
Ildico, on the classification of its watches. CBP classified the merchandise under HTS subheading 9102.21.7010 ($1.53/each) for the movement, 9102.21.7020 (4.2%) for the case, and 9102.21.7030 (9.8%) for the strap. Ildico says the movement should have been classified under subheading 9101.21.5010 (free), the case under 9101.21.5020 (free), and the strap under 9101.21.1000 (3.1%). #18-00076. Filed April 10.

Pirelli Tyre Co., Ltd., Pirelli Tyre S.p.A. and Pirelli Tire LLC, challenging Commerce's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on passenger vehicle and light truck tires covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00080. Filed April 13.
Marilor Corporation, challenging CBP's assessment of AD duties on its solar cells. Marilor says the merchandise was liquidated "as products not consumed in the United States and ultimately sold to Mexico," or alternatively was wrongfully assigned the China-wide rate instead of the rate applicable to the exporter, Perlight Solar Co., Ltd. #18-00081.
