  • CBSA statement of reasons on dumping of dry wheat pasta from Turkey. The Canada Border Services Agency issued on April 12 its statement of reasons in its March 28, 2018, preliminary determination of dumping and subsidizing of certain dry wheat pasta originating in or exported from Turkey, and its provisional duties levied on those products.
  • Export and import of cultural property. The Canada Border Services Agency has issued Memorandum D19-4-1, which explains updates to information in the appendix to the guidelines about enforcement of the Cultural Property Export and Import Act, how exporters may obtain a cultural property export permit, and the permit issuance procedure. It also provides information on cultural property that may be subject to import controls.
